Outline Schedule for Catholic Wedding in Caribbean:
4-11 Months: 
Book flights, hotels, church. The earliest these can be booked is 11 months ahead of the planned date. The closer to the wedding day they are booked the more difficult it becomes to get what you want. This is especially the case if you have a group travelling.
3 Months:
Fill out pre-nuptial enquiry with your local priest.
8 Weeks out:
Pay blance of wedding
Day of arrival:
Met at the airport and brought to your hotel
Next Morning:
Meet wedding co-ordinator. Who will explain specifics of what will happen over the following couple of days.
Same Day:
Book hair and make up appointments with hotel co-ordinator. Meet priest, pick up any documentation. (This will depend on the island). Also if there are any specifics you would like included within the mass this can be discussed here. If this is a working day you will also visit the Town Hall to fill out the relevant civil documentation.
Wedding Day:
No Problem.
